About the Bootcamp

The Leadership Development Bootcamp (LDB) aims to assist women tech entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) who are aspiring or high-potential. The program offers mentorship, industry access, market perspectives, and a "Founder Development" platform to help them create successful ventures. This, in turn, can generate local knowledge jobs and secure the future of jobs in Uganda.

The initiative will consist of a combination of talks, facilitated workshops, and one-on-one mentorship sessions. The program will conclude with an end-of-program showcase event, which will capture the program's impact and reach into the ecosystem of Women in Tech and SMBs in Kenya. Entrepreneurs who are part of the program will receive;

  • Mentoring and Networking opportunities.
  • A 10-day virtual boot camp.
  • An In-Person Demo Day in Kampala and Uganda.
  • Technology credits worth $600,000.

The program aims to impact 10-12 women entrepreneurs and SMB owners.
